The cohorts
SHP cohort members learn from one another about what is working well in their communities. If your community needs to make greater progress, working with a cohort may increase the likelihood of success.
You may choose to work more closely with those who are in the same community, the same sector (e.g., business, faith, nonprofit) or who are working on the same area of poverty as you (e.g., housing, basic needs, safety). Click here for more insight into the cohort process.
