Utilize the resources at all levels of government to create new child care solutions for employees, ensuring that those living below the NPPS are confidentially provided free or reduced-cost support.
To get started:
Reach out across departments and to local, state, and federal offices in your region to develop partnerships and ideas for child care offerings.
Partner with child care professionals to establish centers or programs, pursuing the appropriate training and licensure.
Form a volunteer leadership team consisting of representatives from each partner, inclusive also of those utilizing the program.
