Invest in apprenticeships and training programs

Many schools are unable to provide their students with exposure to potential career opportunities.

Partner with local schools to create curriculums and paid training programs.

To get started:

  1. Assess the types of programs you would like to support, such as paid, for-credit, or work-based learning opportunities for high school and college students.

  2. Determine if you will directly fund selected employment training programs or establish a grant process.

  3. Establish an evaluation plan to review outcomes and ensure programs have sufficient support services, such as transportation assistance.
