Provide services in housing complexes

Invest in public-private partnerships for mixed-use housing with a holistic social service model that provides a wide array of health services in the community. This can help reduce transportation barriers to health care access.

Build partnerships with local businesses and the non-profit sector to invest in low-income housing services. Providing health services focused on quality of life by providing targeted preventative care can provide the catalyst to support growth and new opportunity for all in communities of need.

Here are a few steps to help you get started:

  1. Identify Needs. Work with an array of partners to advise, design, implement health services tailored to specifics of the community.

  2. Fund programs. Identify funding streams that provide holistic health services in affordable housing complexes in communities of need.

  3. Provide specific services. Provide tailored services to housing complexes such as health check-ups. Work with communities to ensure programs have high impact.

  4. Build partnerships. Work with other stakeholders to share best practices and increase services to community members.
