Support innovative public transit solutions

The lack of access to public transit creates inequalities of opportunity in every region of the country.

Investing in solutions such as bus rapid transit, light rail, tram systems, and ride sharing models will bring new and increased services to communities with large portions of persons below the NPPS.

To get started:

  1. Research cutting edge transit solutions already in place around the country.

  2. Connect with individuals in under-resourced communities to identify gaps in services.

  3. Provide funding to stakeholders working to increase access to mass transit for persons below the NPPS.

  4. Study impact of programs in which you invest or in outcomes of other cutting edge efforts.
