Lily Nisenbaum
Lily has recently taken on the role of Senior Associate at The Shared Humanity Project, where she supports the strategy and implementation of organizational and development initiatives. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College and brings experience from the consulting, government, and nonprofit sectors. Driven by a passion for creating meaningful change, Lily is dedicated to advancing lasting solutions to systemic social challenges.

Jada Wilson
Jada is a content writer and editor with a background in literary analysis and research. Jada is passionate about anti-poverty work, recognizing that countless individuals and families in the United States struggle to meet basic needs despite their hard work. Jada is committed to educating others about poverty and providing resources to those in need.

Cortilius Vann
Cortilius Vann is a sociology student at Morgan State University who hails from Dallas, TX. He developed strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills through his hands-on experience as a youth camp counselor and summer wrestling coach in Baltimore, MD. Cort’s passion for eradicating poverty stems from his belief that equitable opportunities can empower individuals to break generational cycles of poverty, fostering community strength and resilience.

Waverly Brannigan
Waverly is a graduate of Syracuse University with a dual degree in psychology and magazine, news, and digital journalism. She is passionate about creating meaningful change and raising awareness about poverty by sharing people’s stories. At SHP, Waverly will be focused on The Lived Experience Project, website management, social media, and myriad outreach efforts.
