What are the cohorts?
SHP cohort members will learn from one another relative to what is working in their communities. We are not going to reinvent the wheel here; there are some great programs around the country, and if your community needs to make greater progress, like most communities in the United States, working with your cohort members will increase your knowledge of those programs and of what they are trying in their neck of the woods.
You will be placed in a cohort based on when you wish to begin. And within each cohort, you may choose to work more closely with those who are in the same sector or working the same area of poverty as you.
