Fund holistic housing models
Invest in partnerships for mixed income residences that have a build in place, holistic social service model that provides employment training, educational opportunities, access to child care, and wide array of health services in the community.
Build partnerships with local businesses and the non-profit sector to invest in housing services for communities living below the NPPS. Providing services focused on economic security, safety, quality of life and empowering the community to enact change can provide the catalyst to support growth and new opportunity for all in communities of need.
Here are a few steps to help you get started:
Identify Needs. Work with an array of partners to advise, design, implement support services tailored to specifics of the community.
Fund programs. Invest funding streams that provide holistic services in affordable housing complexes in communities of need.
Provide specific services. Ensure programs provide tailored services to housing complexes such as basic needs provision, child care services and health check-ups.
Build partnerships. Work with other stakeholders to share best practices and increase services to community members.
