Provide scholarships to students

Education is a strong predictor of earning potential and employment opportunities, with clear connection to ending generational poverty. The cost of higher education, however, can be extremely prohibitive.

Providing financial support to students is a direct way that your association can help overcome the educational barriers for those living below the NPPS.

To get started:

  1. Create a scholarship fund to help students pursue higher education - by requesting donations within your organization or through your networks.

  2. Determine eligibility requirements and selection process.

  3. Partner with local colleges or universities to provide scholarships.
