Support apprenticeships and training programs
Not having exposure or the means to pursue a career has often left many living below the NPPS out of the workforce.
Partner with local schools and reentry programs to create curriculums and paid training programs.
To get started:
Build partnerships with schools or other organizations that reach out to individuals living below the NPPS.
Offer financial support for tuition or fees, space needed for workshops or job fairs, equipment or materials, or professional attire.
Serve on the board of directors or employer board to share your expertise.
