Part-time Research Associate

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Researching — with a critical eye — the latest data on poverty, both nationally and on state and local levels, as well as developing graphic representation of data, to include bar charts, line graphs, infographics, maps, and more. Research will also include a focus on American culture, history, science, and trends, as well as the impact of government and nonprofit programs currently administered.

2. Assisting with social media

3. Assisting with management of the enterprise, to include advisement and educational services

4. Engaging with Development projects, including grant writing

5. Developing website content

The schedule is part-time, four afternoons a week, onsite in the Greenville office. We will also consider remote work.

The compensation rate is $20 - $30/hour, based on experience and skill level.
