Develop career pathway opportunities at your agency that are aimed at supporting individuals living below the NPPS.
To get started:
Evaluate current outreach efforts to identify ways to provide greater access.
Connect with local youth-focused nonprofits, school systems, state career and technical education departments, and local Workforce Investment Boards (WIB).
Create your own paid internship program if this opportunity does not exist in your area.

Georgia’s Career Pipeline is a resource managed by the Georgia Department of Education that allows businesses to search the pool of Georgia Public School students enrolled in a Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) pathway course. This can help place students in internship, apprenticeships, or directly in jobs - and it is inclusive of careers found in local, state, or federal government.
Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership (WRTP) is a nonprofit based in Wisconsin and Minnesota that helps people find employment opportunities in the construction and manufacturing sectors. They partner with businesses to increase diversity and
